The key to a successful vision board is creating one that will get you emotionally invested, confident, and clear on your goals and how to get there.
That is why we spend a lot of time discovering likes, dislikes, boundaries, limiting beliefs, and we do our best to speak to them with various worksheets and exercises that help empower you to design a life and live by design instead of defaulting to your old ways.
Of course we spend a lot of time creating within the vision board, but the purpose of this shop is to utilize the time we have to work on clear actionable strategies that won’t o overwhelm you or confuse you when you continue to practice on your own.
The three day intensive is meant to give you the head start you need to stay consistent and focused throughout the year. The generally itinerary we like to follow in a three day work shop is focusing on one theme each day.
Day 1: Become – we must become the people we need to be in order to do the things we need to do to have the things we want to have. Becoming is also about letting go of behaviors and attitudes that don’t allow the room for growth.
Day 2: Do – What do we need to do today to get the things we want? We create actionable steps and simplified plans that align with the visions we designed for ourselves.
Day 3: Have – This is where we talk about inspiration and mindset and learning to love the transformation process so that we can rinse, repeat, and apply to other areas of life. When we chase material items, we are always unhappy until the next best thing. So this is the time to talk about internal motivation and happines
