2014      Dean’s List MS Behavioural Health & Psychology University of                 Phoenix, AZ

Studied how psychology and behaviour effects the workforce, clinical field, consumer behaviours and social settings. 

Compiled thesis work on developmental & clinical psychology  focused on how to form habitual behaviours that increase productivity in young children and adults. The degree path, emphasised theories that marketing agencies use behind their advertising and how impressionable the human condition really is to various marketing and implementation (roll out) strategies.

I have also conducted case studies on the effects of displacement in foster children as a secondary thesis topic. This topic was researched with the hopes to better my knowledge of military and foster children and the obstacles they face with displaced parents. As a military mom and foster mom this was more of a personal growth tactic that just happened to add value to my degree.

2009      Dean’s List BS Psychology University of Phoenix, AZ

The degree focused on the developmental milestones in the human lifespan, how psychology can effectively prevent mental health issues during development, general theories and practices used in clinical and organisational settings. 

2020      Certified Life Coach with NLP Training.

Although you don’t need a certification to be a life coach, I am a huge believer in staying relevant, self informed, and always evolving and learning. I obtained this certification to help me relate to young adults and professionals as most of my education covers child development and how to instruct at a primary level. This certification brought me the confidence and skills to help my adult clients thrive more efficiently, productively, and collaboratively. 

2019      Certified Wealthy Affiliate Content Marketer

This might seem completely irrelevant, but I mentioned this for one purpose. As an entrepreneur- it is your responsibility to be the best person you can be in all areas.

As a Wealthy Affiliate member, I have full access to step-by-step information on how to build successful blogs from the ground up. This company offers tools and training that is invaluable to any blogger or affiliate marketer. 

I learned how to optimise my websites for SEO and free web traffic,  develop multiple income streams on one platform, how to effectively communicate in professional environments, and how to bring organisational psychology to a relevant forefront. I have the support of a very experienced community with unlimited resources.

2012       Foster Parent Support Group Facilitator Training

This training has taught me how to have an attitude of servitude. When we help and serve and understand others, we are then able to build a confidence and value outside of our monetary gains. I promise you, finding a way to serve your community in more humanitarian efforts will always help you grow as an establish entrepreneur.

2012     Trauma Informed Care Training (Continuous)

I have continuous certification and training in Special needs and trauma informed care sectors allowing me to help children and families through adversity. My mission is in foster care and I stay up to date on all certifications necessary to work with vulnerable populations.

2009      Apple Support Certified and Virtual Call Center License

As Home-based call center agent, I managed to build my team to 22 agents all working full time hours. I was trained in consultative tactics in salesmanship, technological support, and extensive de-escalation tactics in the customer retention department. 

I was required to take continuous courses in leadership, communication, de-escalation, fraud waste and abuse management, and team building.

I won’t give you my crazy long employment history prior to my entrepreneur journey, but I will highlight the projects and work from home jobs I have held since 2009.

Launched 4 Shopify Stores and organically grew them to consistent sales, then sold the shops in their infancy.

Launched 2 Amazon Stores (own one and sold the other).

2012 – 2017

Owned an Etsy Store Called Addicted to Vinyl ©2012, for my digital designs, handmade shirts and custom merchandise. Retired the store due to a move overseas.

2009 – 2017

Owned and Operated my own call center from home where I contracted with fortune 500 companies. I lead a team of 22 agents and retired the company due to an overseas move. All of my agents were well trained and sufficient enough to open and operate their own services after I moved-
